Is Shannon Bream a Mother? Know her Married Life with Husband Sheldon Bream

The famous American journalist Shannon Bream and her partner, Sheldon Bream, have always maintained a stable marital relationship, despite many ups and downs. Sheldon is a businessman by profession and is the owner of the Bream Speaker Management, which is located in Arlington, Virginia.

Did you know? Shannon, who is a news anchor, reporter, attorney, currently serves for an American news/talk program named Fox News @ Night as the primary host. Further, she is an author who published her book Finding the Bright Side: The Art of Chasing What Matters in May 2019.

Besides her career, she had to overcome the severe health problems of her husband. Today, the couple enjoys their bond and unity.

How long been Shannon and Sheldon are Married?

And, it's been almost two and a half decades that this beautiful couple is legally wedded. The couple who celebrated their 24th wedding ceremony in 2019 first met each other in the early 90s at Liberty University.

Shannon graduated from the same university in 1993 while Sheldon graduated with a Bachelor of Sports Management and Business degree. The two were both dating other people during college time before their friends decided to bring them together. She recalled on CBN News, stating

We were always dating other people and we had a friend in common who finally came to me one day and she said, 'You're here at this football game. He's here at this football game. You're going to meet right now.'"

Later, as Shannon went on to law school at Florida State University. A couple of years later, Sheldon proposed to marry her. And eventually, after dating for two years, they exchanged the vows on December 30, 1995, at a private function. 

However, there is not much known about their big day on the media to expect the date.

The Fox News Supreme Court reporter has been tied in wedding vows for more than 24 years with her long-term husband, Sheldon. So, many are curious to know about whether or not the long-term couple has become parents?

Well, this success couple from their lengthy marriage has no children. She clarified that her decision to remain childless is about her decision not to have children, particularly in Christian circles. She claims she knew early on she had not got what she calls "Mom Genes."

They, however, have a Labrador named Biscuit Bream as their family member. 

A Shocking Brain Tumor of Sheldon

In an interview with Abby Hornacek on Fox News, Miss Virginia Beauty Contest winner talked about a rough time in her and her partner's lives together. At the age of 24, the former Bureau Relations Director Bream got the diagnosis. She explained:

"He was a college athlete, very healthy and strong," "And he'd had an ear problem -- like a ringing in his ear -- for a long time."

However, the tumor surgery ended up successfully after a nine-hour surgery. Then the tumor was clean, and it was fantastic news for them. Nevertheless, he still had a drawback in that all of the brain surgery swellings, and he ended up with severe paralysis.

Bream continues saying: "It just kind of threw our whole world into a tailspin,." During surgery, the couple was in law school and still starting their lives mutually and engaged to be married.

But later, Sheldon started to regain control of his facial muscles. News anchor recalled,  

"We're sitting there in Pizza Hut months after his surgery, but a month before we're supposed to get married and I thought I saw the corner of his mouth move."

But always, Shannon and her husband leaned on confidence and one another throughout the difficult recovery period. Shannon penned about her life journey in her first book, "Finding the Bright Side: The Art of Chasing What Matters."
