Who is Sophie Raworth?

Sophie Raworth was born on May 15, 1968, in Redhill, Surrey, England. Her dad is a businessman, Richard Raworth, and her mother is a florist, Jenny Raworth. Her nationality is British, but the details about her ethnicity are not available. As for siblings, she has a sister named Kate.

She finished her schooling at Putney High School and St Paul's Girls School. Later, she graduated with a degree in broadcasting and journalism from City University London. She also graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in French and German.

She joined BBC in October of 2008 after her pregnancy. She also has laid her hands in acting field as well. As for now, Sophie has a very successful career.
