Abrams is currently working as a co-host of The Weather Channel's America's Morning Headquarters (AMHQ), along with Jen Carfagno and Jim Cantore.

Stephanie Abrams was born on October 27, 1978, in Wellington, Florida. She is among the two children born to Barry Abrams and his wife.

Concerning education, Stephanie graduated from Forest Hill High School. Later, she earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in geography from the University of Florida in Gainesville.
