Stephen Belichick is an American football coach best known for his association with the New England Patriots of the National Football League (NFL). His father, Bill Belichick is the current head coach of the Patriots, while his grandfather, Steve Belichick was also a football player and coach. Stephen began his coaching career in 2012 and has served as the team's safeties coach.

Stephen was born on March 25, 1987, in Ridgewood, New Jersey, the United States to his father, Bill, and his mother, Debby Clarke Belichick. His younger brother, Brian Belichick is a safeties coach with the New England Patriots. He has another sister named, Amanda Belichick.

Stephen played lacrosse at The Rivers School in Weston, Massachusetts, and was an All-League Honorable Mention selection in his senior year. Stephen attended Rutgers University and continued playing Lacrosse from 2008 to 2011.
