Tia Ewing was born and raised in the northeastern part of Illinois, Chicago (also known as Windy City) near Lake Michigan. When she was a child, she and her mother were traveling in a car, and suddenly, she saw a signboard of HARPO, a multimedia production company, founded by Oprah Winfrey. Moreover, she gets influenced by Oprah and since then, she aspired to become a prominent journalist.
