Tiffany Greene was born on the 15th of December Tampa, Florida, USA. Being born to the American territory makes her hold American citizen. Further, she belongs to African-American ethnicity. 

She was born to father, Dayle Greene and mother Patsy Greene. Her father is the first black anchor from the Tampa Bay Arena.
