A native of Ireland, Amanda has dated a few TV personalities in her life before marrying her husband, Julian. Her first relationship was with comedian Patrick Kielty after they first met at the Ireland AM morning show in 1999.

However, after dating each other for nearly four years, they called it quits in 2003 saying they are still good friends. Afterwards, she started dating Australian rugby union player Craig McMullen in 2008. After two years of a long relationship, they announced their engagement in September 2010.
But their affairs officially ended in 2012 where she mentioned the reason behind their break up was the long-distance. More than that, Bryant was said to be in a relationship with Gethin Jones in 2014. But the couple never confirmed it.
