Getting typecasted was the reason Tedford said no to films forever. Ned Hardy has mentioned in their article that he brought it up while doing Q&A on Reddit. 

The article says that Tedford was asked by one user if The Little Rascals improved his CV and helped his acting career, to which he said that he wasn't offered any good roles because it was hard to disassociate him from Spanky.

Travis Tedford has been involved in the banking industry for a very long time. He has been associated with the Texas Trust Credit Union since the beginning of his finance career. At the time of this writing, he is serving as the Member Experience Manager in the bank.

The Little Rascals actor, Tedford first joined the company as a teller in November 2007 in Athens, Texas. He did this job till the same month Karolina Protsenko was born, i.e., October 2008 before leaving for Grand Prairie where he continued the job for six months. He has also worked in Mansfield (as a Digital Coordinator) and Arlington for most of his time at the bank.

Tedford has been working at the bank for more than 13 years. And, during that time, he has taken on a lot of roles over there. The Little Rascals actor, Tedford has never consumed alcohol in his life. And, that mostly has to do with his father's death. His father's name is Timmy Bill Tedford and lost his life because of alcohol issues in 2005.

While doing a Q&A on Reddit, Tedford shared with everyone that he has never drunk in his life. One user replied to him asking if he has tasted it at all. He brought up his father's issue with alcohol and his death which was the reason behind his decision.

Worked In Walmart At One Point

Tedford after quitting movies and before having a career in finance did many things to earn and make a living. One of the things he did was work at Walmart. TMZ first revealed the news that he was working in a famous retail company when he was around 19.

The Hollywood Reporter has reported that TMZ brought this up when Tedford's picture wearing a badge from Walmart was discovered. They found this picture on his MySpace in 2007. He revealed that he was doing night shifts at that time from 10 pm to 7 am.

Travis Tedford became a rich kid after his first-ever acting job in The Little Rascals. Most kids would spend all that money on things they want to buy. It wasn't the case with him as most of the money he made was kept in a trust fund.
