Concerning education, Victoria graduated from South Dade Senior High School. She studied at Miami Dade Community College. Later, to pursue an acting career, Victoria takes private acting classes with the Royal Academic of Dramatic Art professor, Jean Scott. She also went to Royal Ballet School.

Victoria was also married to the plastic surgeon Dr. Harry Glassman. Principal and Glassman got married on June 22, 1985, in Dallas, Texas. After 21-years of marital relationship, Victoria and Andy filed for divorce citing irreconcilable differences in May 2006. It was finalized on December 27, 2006.

Fleeting Relationship With Andy Gibb

After the separation from Christopher, actress Victoria began her romantic relationship with English singer, songwriter, Andy Gibb (b. 1958). Principal and Gibb first met in the TV program The John Davidson Show in 1981. 

After the first met, Andy and Victoria began their romantic affair. They also recorded a duet song All I Have to Do Is Dream (1981). the recording is the cover song of the original song by the pop-rock and roll duo The Everly Brothers.

Everything was going fine. But after a year, in March 1982, Victoria and Andy ended their relationship. As per the report, she and Gibb separated because of Gibb's drug addiction problems.

Furthermore, Andy is no more in this world. He died on March 10, 1988, in Oxford, England. He was interred at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Hollywood Hills, Los Angeles.
