But he was really embarrassed. He was like, ‘Oh my god, this is not what I meant to bring you to. Oh my god.’ I think his friend was punking him.”

Similarly, the handsome lawyer also approached Platten for marriage on a tree-lined carriage walk in New England. And the award-winning singer-songwriter accepted the proposal immediately.
