Andrea Canning

The Canadian-American journalist Andrea Canning is one of the popular names in the field of journalism best known for covering country stories for NBC and MSNBC. She has also worked as a reporter and anchor for CKVR-TV. 

The beautiful journalist was born as Andrea Mead Canning on December 10, 1972, in Collingwood, Ontario, Canada, under the star sign Sagittarius. She holds Canadian nationality. 

Sharing A Good Bond With The Husband 

Andrea Canning is a married woman; she tied the knot with the USMC major and F/A-18 instructor pilot, Tony Bancroft, on June 7, 2008. Moreover, the nuptial ceremony was held in front of the bride and groom's closed ones at the church. 

Andrea first knew about Tony when Martha Raddatz who is ABC's chief tell her about the fighter pilot whom she had met back in Iraq during her story coverage. She also added, "Canning I met the perfect person for you," which makes Andrea quite skeptical. 

After a while, through the help of Martha, the duo exchanged numbers and occasionally did phone calls. Moreover, they also connected in social sites and often texted but as a penfriend only. 

Then after a month of conversation the duo finally met in Annapolis, Md., over thanksgiving weekend of 2006. Previously in an interview, recalling back days, Captain Bancroft revealed, when he first saw Andrea, he said this lady is beautiful and is just a right girl.

Later, just two months of their meeting, the lovebirds started officially dating after Bancroft proposed the journalist with an engagement ring on the beach at Cuttyhunk Island, Mass in September. Since then they are going together and stronger without creating a zero sign of separation.

Shared Six Children Together

Andrea and her husband are blessed parents to their five daughters and one son. They welcomed their first child, Anna Katherine Bancroft, on March 2009 and second daughter Charlotte "Charlie" on 2011. After two years, they became parents for the third time with the birth of Christina "Kiki" on 2013.

In 2015, the couple was blessed with a fourth daughter, Georgia Bancroft, and after a year, they welcomed their twin daughters, Elle and George Anthony Bancroft III, on 2016. 

After giving birth to five adorable daughters, Andrea announced her sixth pregnancy in 2018 on Today's show "A Toast to 2018," and finally welcomed their first son on June 18, 2019, whom the couple named George Anthony Bancroft.

In one of the interviews with the People, Canning said that she was too excited to welcomed her first son and always wanted to experience having a son. 

Canning additionally said,

"My daughters are little mommies."

Andrea said that because her daughters love to spend the time with their brother and also helped their mother bringing diapers and wipes and even feeding him pumped breast milk from a bottle.

Today the happily married couple is sharing every second of their life with their beautiful children.
