Who is Andy LaPlegua? 

These days we see most of the singers and musicians from USA and United Kingdom. Buu there are other countries with talented and unique artists. Today we are talking about Andy LaPlegua, a Norwegian musician and singer, who gained popularity all over the world.

Andy LaPlegua is a Norwegian singer and musician. He is well known as the lead singer and founder of the future pop band Icon of Coil. 

LaPlegua was born as Ole Anders Olsen on 15th September 1975, in Fredriksta, Norway. Born to his Norwegian parents, Andy is of Caucasian ethnicity and holds Norwegian nationality. Furthermore, there are no information about his parents and siblings. 

No Doubt Andy did completed his studies, however nothing is disclosed about his university and high school. Since his early days, Andy had a keen interest in music and singing, just like another American singer Alecia Demner. Soon after completing his studies, Andy joined the hardcore/metal band named My Right Choice as a lead vocalist.

After the death of Prince, Andy mentioned his biggest musical influence in his life growing up in the early '80s was, Motörhead, Bowie, Dead Kennedys, The Cure, and Prince.

He also experimented with hip hop in the Detroit Techno/Old School band Law. Moreover, Andy also developed his interest in club and trance music and collaborated with bands like Sector9 and Plastic Life. 

The band Icon of Coil was formed in 1997, as a solo project. Later, Andy invited his former band member Sebastian Komor to join the band and perform live. After performing ffor several shows together, Sebastian joined the band for full-time. 

In 2003, LaPlegua formed another band named Combichrist. The band was made as a more agressive and alternative to their previous band Icon of Coil. The following year, Andy formed his another band named Panzer AG.

Andy also combined the danceability of Icon of Coil and the hard beats of Combichrist when he formed Panzer AG. Andy's fourth, most techno-oriented project, is (DJ) Scandy.

Is Andy LaPlegua Married or Single?

Talkinng about his personal life, Andy was once married to Sophia Thomalla. She is the daughter of German celebrities André Vetters and Simone Thomalla. She is also popular as German actres, model and presenter. 

LaPlegua married Sophia (ex-wife), on 11th March 2016. The wedding took place in Marietta, Georgia. However, Andy and his spouse could not last more than fourteen months and separated. Their divorce was announced in May 2017. However, both of them ahs not mentioned the reason behind their separation.

Andy's relationship

After the divorce, Andy began dating Chaos Reigns. LaPlegua  and his girlfriend dated for a long time untill Andy annouced of their engagement through his instagram account. His fiance is the owner of the leather company named Ladyshipleather.

It has been eight months of their engagement, and the pair is living happily. They do not share any child yet neither exchanged their wedding vows. Hopefully, we might get to hear about their marriage soon in future.

Furthermore, there are no rumors or contriversies about Andy's past affairs. Besides, Andy is very active on social media such as Instagram, where he has more than 20,000 followers
