An American-born Argentine and English actress, Anya Taylor-Joy rose to prominence for her debut with Thomasin's role in the period horror movie The Witch (2015). She further earned a name for her starring role in various shows like Split (2016) as Casey Cooke, Glass (2019) as Casey Cooke, Thoroughbreds as Lily Reynolds (2017) and Emma. as Emma Woodhouse (2020).

Anya Josephine Marie Taylor-Joy was born in Miami, Florida on 16 April 1996 to the international banker father and photography and interior designer mother. Likewise, she is the youngest daughter of six children. So far, Anya holds dual Argentine and English citizenship and is of mixed ethnicity.
