Carly Hunt is a former football player from England. She is widely recognized for her role as a midfielder playing in international tournaments. 

Hunt was born on 4th June 1982, in England, where another female footballer Alex Sykes was born. Born to her English parents, she is of White ethnicity and holds British nationality. Carly also has an identical twin sister named Gemma Hunt.

FA Women's Cup

In 2000, Hunt's team Croydon won the FA Women's Cup. Her twin sister scored whereas Hunt could not play the game due to her cartilage operation.

The same year in December, Hunt, along with her sister were sent out of the match following Carly's attack towards her teammate. The sisters were disqualified from Charlton Athletic.

'' 19 year-old midfielders had left by mutual consent.''

''We were kicked out. Carly and I have done nothing wrong- we were made scapegoats for dressing room incident that didn't involve us.''

Moreover, some sources from the club also claimed that they had received warnings about the incident about the twins but ignored them.

Doncaster Belles and AFC Wimbledon

Later in 2002, the duo made their debut for Doncaster Belles. The following year, Carly received a red card for an on-pitch altercation with Charmaine Walker. 

In 2004, the duo sisters lefty Doncaster Belles and joined Leeds United Ladies. However, Carly Hunt and her sister moved to another club named AFC Wimbledon Ladies. 

Professional Career

After playing with AFC Wimbledon for several years, Carly Hunt was offered to play as the Captain of the England team under 18. 

Carly also played as the seni9or player against Nigeria and Norway in 2002, and the following year with Italy.
