Chris Pratt and Katherine Schwarzenegger All Set to Become Parents! Expecting First Child Together

An American actor, Chris Pratt, and an author, Katherine Schwarzenegger, are welcoming their first child in early 2020. The parents to be got hitched in June 2019 after a whirlwind love and romance.

The pregnancy of Schwarzenegger was confirmed on Saturday, April 25, 2020, by People. The couple also previously told the publication that the couple planned to expand their family as soon as possible.

However,  there is a single word on when their upcoming baby is due, but this good news is sure to brighten up the weekends for them. Likewise, this baby would be Katherine's first infant, and Chris' second child, who shares a 7-year-old son with ex-wife Anna Faris (m. 2009–2018). 

Similarly, the forthcoming bundle of joy will be the first grandchild to Katherine's parents, Maria Shriver and Arnold Schwarzenegger.

Currently, the soon to be parents have been very open about having their own children. Katherine, 30, shared that she would love to be pregnant in early 2020 on E! News last month. She also claimed that they both are ready to start this next chapter and add a baby to their happy marriage.

Their Intimate Wedding Ceremony

The actor of the Guardians of the Galaxy and her long-term partner Schwarzenegger married at an intimate ceremony in Montecito, California, on June 8, 2019. The wedding ceremony was held at San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, California, with family and friends, including Rob Lowe, in attendance.

On their wedding day, the bride and groom wore a custom, Armani. Schwarzenegger stunned on slinky, spaghetti strap dress with sleeves off the shoulder while Chris donned in a black and white suit.

Before marriage, the two who began dating in the summer of 2018 announced their engagement on Instagram, showing off a new engagement ring. The 40 years old actor posted on January 14, 2019: 

"Sweet Katherine, so happy you said yes! I’m thrilled to be marrying you. Proud to live boldly in faith with you. Here we go! 💍🙏♥️" .

On the other hand, Katherine, author of Maverick and Me, shared the same photo captioning, "My sweet love. Wouldn't want to live this life with anyone but you." Thus, they are together for over two years.
