Eissa Al Mana is the son of an American singer-songwriter, Janet Jackson, and Qatari business magnate, Wissam Al Mana. His mother is widely famous for her second soprano vocal to the top note "e" range, and her father is running the AI Mana Group of business, which provides brands related to home appliances and jewelry products.

Eissa's biological parents, Wissam Al Mana and Janet Jackson were married in 2012. Their marriage was a private ceremony, where they welcomed their close relatives and friends only.

On 26th August 2019, she celebrated the International Dog Day with her one of her dogs, Puffy, and posted a lovely picture via Twitter.
