George Michael was born as Georgios Kyriacos Panayiotou on June 25, 1963, in East Finchley, Middlesex. George is among the three children born to Kyriacos Panayiotou and his wife, Lesley Angold. His father was a restaurateur who emigrated to England from Greece, and his mother was a English Dancer. He had two sisters, Melanie and Yioda. He graduated from Kingsbury High School.

Death of George Michael

George is no more with us. George passed away on December 25, 2016, at his home in Goring-on-Thames. He died at the age of fifty-three. His Australian partner, Fadi Fawaz, found him. Initially, the reason for death was not shared with the public.

Finally, in March 2017, a senior coroner in Oxfordshire attributed Michael's death to dilated cardiomyopathy with myocarditis and a fatty liver. Due to various causes, His funeral ceremony was delayed and was performed on March 29, 2017, at Highgate Cemetery in north London, near his mother's grave.

Michael entered into a long-term relationship with Kenny Goss, a former flight attendant, cheerleading coach in 1996. In 2011, Michael announced that he and Goss had split two years earlier. He then remained in a relationship with Fadi Fawaz.
