Karl is originally from "The Big Apple," the New York City. He was born on January 3, 1988, in The Bronx. Born in NYC, but his parents later decided to move to Portland, Oregon. Karl had a passion for acting from a young age. 

Glusman completed his high school at Lake Oswego High School. After graduating high school, Karl decided to attend university. He studied at Portland State University but decided to drop out a year later to pursue acting. This was where his acting journey began.

After dropping out of University, Karl sought out his passion for acting. He then enrolled at the William Esper Studio, a school dedicated to acting in New York City. He started as a commercial actor and made his first big moment after shooting a commercial for Adidas. 

After Karl shot the Adidas commercial, he moved to France. While Karl was in France, he met the Argentinian-Italian filmmaker Gaspar Noé. He was then cast in the film "Love," whose premiere set a record in the film industry.

Glusman was cast by Tom Ford in the movie "Nocturnal Animals" in 2016 and appeared in Nicolas Winding Refn's "The Neon Demon." In 2020, he also acted in "Greyhound" alongside Tom Hanks. Karl has made and appeared in over nineteen films and series. 

Glusman's Relationship with Zoe Kravitz

The relationship between Karl and Zoe began after a faithful encounter at a bar. In 2016, Karl crossed paths with Zoe at a bar and was introduced by mutual friends. The two instantly fell for each other and decided to get engaged in February 2018. 

Just a year after getting engaged, Glusman and Kravitz tied the knot in June 2019. Their marriage ceremony was quite a private one. The ceremony was held at Zoe's father, Lenny Kravitz's townhouse in Paris. The couple seemed happy until they decided to call it an end.

Glusman and Kravitz called it quits after being husband and wife for eighteen months. They split up in 2020, and their divorce was finalized in August 2021. Zoe then started dating the Step Up actor Channing Tatum after her divorce. However, in an article, Zoe revealed she emphasized Karl.
