Koo Hye-Sun is a famous South Korean actress and director. She is known for playing the role of Geum Jan-di in the classic Korean series Boys Over Flowers. Some of her other recognizable works are Angel Eyes, Daughter, and Take Care of Us, Captain.

The Seoul actress Koo also goes by the name Ku Hye-Sun and Goo Hye-Sun. She was rumored to have quit acting a few years back, but she was taking a break. She returned to the industry with the 2021 TV series, The Cathedral.
