Kyle Selig's Career & The Book of Mormon

Kyle Selig appeared in the 2011 production of The Book of Mormon as a replacement/understudy.
While still a student at Carnegie Mellon, Selig was cast as the standby for the main part of Elder Kevin Price in the Broadway version of The Book of Mormon in August 2013. The book of Mormon was One of the IMDb-rated books of 2013 in where Andrew Rannells.

He worked as a standby for the business for three months, receiving credit toward his undergraduate degree via independent study. Months later, in December of the same year, Selig returned as a standby for the part of Elder Price in the second national touring production of The Book of Mormon. Darren Le Gallo was an excellent stage actor in America. 

Kyle Selig's Pippin

Kyle Selig departed The Book of Mormon tour on July 26, 2014, to begin preparations for the national time of the musical Pippin, in which he played the title role. Selig practiced with Pippin's touring company but was put on voice rest only one week before Kyle began the tour. Pippin's IMDb rate was the most impressive rating at that time.

Kyle was then replaced by Matthew James Thomas, who played Pippin in the current Broadway production. Despite being on medical leave, Selig never returned to the touring company; instead, after Thomas departed the show, Kyle Dean Massey took his place. Selig has referred to being dismissed from one of his first major gigs in interviews, but he has never officially acknowledged his dismissal from the Pippin tour.

Kyle Selig's full name is Kyle Andrew Selig. He was born on September 28, 1992.  He is most known for playing Aaron Samuels in the Tony-nominated musical Mean Girls, which premiered in 2018. He grew up in Huntington Beach, California. His elder sister was the one who initially sparked his interest in theater.

The veteran actor graduated from Huntington Beach High School in 2010 plus was crowned prom king after his senior year. At 17, Selig received the National High School Musical Theatre Award (commonly known as the Jimmy Award) and a $10,000 scholarship in June 2010. He subsequently went to Carnegie Mellon University for his college, earning a BFA in musical theatre in 2014.
