Grieving the Death of her Youngest Child
Marcella, along with the world, mourned the death of her youngest child, Selena, on March 31, 1995. Selena was shot dead by her boutique manager Yolanda Saldivar after the Quintanilla family confronted Yolanda on $200,000 fraud.
The singer received the title "The Queen of Tejano music" and not just that, Selena became the most celebrated Mexican-American celebrity of the 20th century.
