Matthew Kirschenheiter is an American native who is a Financial planner. He grabbed limelight together with his ex-wife Gina Kirschenheiter who is a well-known actress of American TV shows.

Filed a Case For The Divorce

The man who has held Gina's hand for the last 14 years. Despite the ups and downs of life, they have been together. After being the father of three beautiful children, Gina sued for divorce in state attorney at the end of 2018. Claiming that Matt seems to be irresponsible towards their children.

However, the couple did not succeed to get back into normal life and they reached a divorce settlement which has Matt eligible to pay $10,000 in child support whereas Gina has primary custody of the kids with Matt having visitation. 

Later On, on  22nd June 2019, Gina filed a domestic violence case against her estranged husband where attacked her and threatened to kill her.

Before the case, Gina Kirschenheiter Admits she slept with her ex-husband months before Domestic Violence charges, although the college couple appeared to reconcile in June when Gina posting a loving message to Matt on his birthday by texting “I’m your person and you’re mine.” Now their marriage is on the brink of collapse.

Gina Second Allegation To Matt 

To date, Matt is denying about the allegation made by her spouse where he was accused of choking his wife, dragged her, hit her, and threatened to kill her. But it was just not enough for Matt.

Recently, her wife accused him after Matt failed to pay alimony $10,000 a month. So far Matt is pleaded not guilty to the charges and is awaiting trial. 

Their hearing is scheduled for March and if Matt fails to prove his innocence, he will facing 4 years in prison for the domestic violence charge and another 3 years on the false imprisonment charge.
