A native of Beirut, Lebanon, Rouba celebrated her 34th birthday on the 15th of April, according to her birth year, 1988. Moreover, she is Lebanese by her nationality, but after marrying an Italian, she now holds Italian citizenship as well. She is also fluent in Arabic, English, French, and Italian languages.

Rouba grew up in a friendly environment under the guidance of her mother, Manolia Mano Saadeh, who still lives in Beirut whilst her father's identity is still a mystery. Meanwhile, she spent her childhood with her two siblings, including one brother and one sister, Abir Saadeh.
