Stephania Bell is a physical therapist turned author and a sports commentator for ESPN as an American football injury analyst. She is the co-host of Fantasy Focus on ESPN Radio and the co-author of Clinical Orthopaedic Assessment Guide.

Bell was born on May 20, 1966, in San Francisco, California. She graduated high school from Maderia School in McLean, Virginia. Bell grew up with a brother and her loving parents. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Arts from Princeton University in 1987 and a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 1991.
