Susan was born on 9th September 1966, in San Francisco, California, the United States of America, where another celebrity wife Alex Lerner was born.

Born to her American parents Dayl Crow and Marion Crow, she is of White ethnicity and holds American nationality. Moreover, there is no information about her siblings.

Regarding her education, Susan joined Fordham University and later joined Columbia University's Teachers College. During her time in College, Crow was a bright student. She also interned for President's Advance Office. After her graduation, Crow decided to begin her career as a teacher.

As per her wish, Susan began her career as a teacher in a public school. Later, she also owned Creative Artists Management and served as an administrative assistant for Merrill Lynch.

As of now, Susan is serving as the Board President of ETA. After being the major part of educational programs, Crow and her spouse were awarded George Washington University's Medal for their hard work and dedication to arts education.

Moreover, the couple was also awarded and honored by the ASCAP Foundation. Soon after, the pair opened The Frank Sinatra School of the Arts at the time they introduced ETA.
