The prominent TV personality, Willie Geist, is best known as the co-anchor of MSNBC's Morning, Joe. He is also recognized as a New York Times bestseller for his books, Good Talk, Dad, and American Freak Show: The Completely Fabricated Stories of Our New National Treasures.

Willie was born on May 3, 1975, in Evanston, Illinois. Likewise, he belongs to the white ethnic background and holds an American nationality.

Willie Geist exchanged vows with his longtime girlfriend, Christina Sharkey, on May 24, 2003, at a destination wedding in Humacao, Puerto Rico, inside the old Spanish church. Moreover, their marriage was officiated by Pablo Ortiz, a Roman Catholic deacon among their 190 friends and family members.

Their reception took place at the Palmas del Mar Country Club, which was initially planned in Candelero Resort. The duo danced to the blues song ''Something You Got.'' 

The correspondent proposed his now-wife in 2002 in the middle school homeroom they once shared. As of now, the couple is together for more than 16 years without any disputes and divorced rumors. 

High-School Sweetheart

Mr. and Mrs. Geist first met at the George Washington Middle School when they were in class 6, but at that time, Christina dated a guy named Kossick, who would later be the best man at her wedding. The couple, however, officially began dating since grade 8. 

After their school finished, Willie wanted to join Vanderbilt University, and his then-girlfriend was planning for the University of Virginia. Nevertheless, the duo ended up in Vanderbilt, but after being together for six years, they decided to date other people which only lasted for a week. 

The couple was in the break for nearly three years, but in 2000, their parents suggested them to reconcile their love story. Fortunately, they started dating again.

Blessed With Two Kids- George and Lucie

The couple is proud parents to two adorable children. Firstly, they welcomed their daughter, Lucie Joy, in 2008, and after two years, they became parents for the second time with the birth of George William on 2010.

Meanwhile, the duo is raising their children together in New York. Over the years, they have been climbing the ladder of success along with their sweet family. As of now, Willie is the co-host on Today and also an NBC News contributor. On the other hand, his wife, Christina, is the strategy director of a branding shop, True Geist, and the founder of Boom Box Gifts.
