Chris Fischer is a well-established American Ched and farmer. He is best known for his cookbook, 'The Beetlebung Farm Cookbook: A Year of Cooking on Martha's Vineyard. Chris started his journey started working along with Chef Mario Batali in New York City's popular Italian joint, 'Babbo.'
