Ashley is the daughter of Jack Ashley, Baron Ashley of Stoke (father). Jack Ashley was born as Jacqueline Ashley on September 10, 1954, in St Pancras, London, England. Then at St Anne's College, Oxford University, and majored in philosophy, politics, and economics.
