Jackson Galaxy is an American cat behaviorist and television show host better known as the host for reality series My Cat from Hell. He changed his name legally from Richard Kirschner to Jackson Galaxy during his 20's.

Jackson Galaxy was born on 28th April 1966, in New York, United States of America. Born to his American parents, he is of White ethnicity and holds an American nationality.

Jackson Galaxy is living with his Wife

A famous television host is living a married life to the fullest, just like Joe Rogan. On 29th June 2014, Jackson and Minoo Rahbar tied the knot, and since then, they are happily enjoying their union. Further, the couple already knew each other after their first meeting on a kitten rescue mission to raise funds. They dated quite a time before exchanging wedding vows.

The wedding ceremony was held at the no-kill pet sanctuary of Best Friends Animal Society in Utah. Moreover, the pair's pet dog named Mooshka also attended the wedding ceremony as ring bearer.

Jackson Galaxy started his career as a Musician

Soon after graduating from the University of Iowa in 1991, Jackson shifted to Colorado. However, he later decided to pursue his career as an expert on cat behavior.

He first joined the Humane Society of Boulder Valley and rescued cats. Soon, Jackson worked at other animal shelters, and he took training for cat consultant.

After many years of hardwork and dedication at Stray Cat Alliance and Fix Nation, Jackson has appeared in various television programs. His first appearance as a host was on Think Like a Cat as the cat behavior expert.

From May 2011, Jackson is working on the reality television show My Cat From Hell. The production of the show was handled by Animal Planet. The show is focused on guardians to deal with problems regarding their pet cat.
