The famous public figure, JoJo Starbuck is an American figure skater who was a well-known partner of Kenneth Shelley another skating legend. During her career she bagged three United States pair skating champions between 1970-72. She is also two times Olympian in the years 1968 and 1972.

The sixty-eight years old Starbuck was born in Birmingham, Alabama on beautiful valentine's day of 1951. Raised in Downey, California she was a very keen lover of the skating and has achieved some of the major championships throughout her career.
