People spend their lives achieving their goals and making themselves popular. But nevertheless, some will be remembered after their death. Today's topic is about German actor, Klaus Kinski who appeared in more than 130 films until his death in 1991. Some of his credits are Nosferatu the Vampyre (1979), Cobra Verde (1987), Fitzcarraldo (1982), Woyzeck (1979), and Fitzcarraldo (1982).

Klaus Gunter Karl Nakszynski was born on 18 October 1926 in Sopot, Poland. His mother Susanne was a nurse while his father Bruno Nakszynski was a pharmacist. Moreover, he had three older siblings named Hans-Joachim, Arne, and Inge. As per his citizenship, he was German and belongs to the mixed ethnicity.

His Multiple Marriage

The 5 feet 8 tall tall Kinski had been married three times throughout his whole life. At first, he tied the knot in 1952 with his first wife, Gislinde Kühlbeck, who is a singer.

From their marital relationship, they welcomed one daughter Pola Kinski on 23 March 1952. But, the two got divorced in 1955 when Pola was 3 years old. Now Pola is happily married to Wolfgang Hoepner, whom she shares three kids, Janina Hoepner, Nanouk Hoepner, and Valentin Hoepner.

 Later five years, he remarried actress Ruth Brigitte Tocki. They were together from 1960 until 1971. Their daughter Nastassja Kinski was born on 24 January 1961.

His third marriage was with model Minhoi Genevieve Loanic, whom he got hitched from 1971 to 1979. Together, the former couple gave birth to their son Nikolai Kinski on July 30, 1976.

Similarly, Kinski was also in a love relationship with Italian actress, Debora Caprioglio. They were together from 1987–1989.

How Much Net Worth Did Klaus Kinski Had?

Well, from 1948 till 1989 Kinski worked in the entertainment industry. Thus, during his career, he might have gathered a good amount of money. At his death in 1991, his total net worth was valued at $1Million, which is similar to Jay Monahan, and Sondra Locke.

Klaus accumulated most of his fortune throughout his work as a film, television, stage actor. Likewise, he also appeared in some of the 1970s and early 1980s' most successful German films directed by Werner Herzog.

Similarly, he published his autobiography including All I Need Is Love and Kinski Uncut (1997). And the amazon listed his book Kinski Uncut at the price of $83.02.

The Sexual Abuse

His daughter, Pola, 68 reportdely accused him of having sexually assaulted her at the ages of 5 after more than 20 years of Klaus' death. She said she was repeatedly assaulted by the late actor over a period of 14 years.

She said that Klaus started touching her and kissing her with an open mouth when she was quite small, around 5 or 6 years old. She also added that Kinski said all over the world fathers do the same thing with their daughters. "She told Stern magazine 

"As a child I always had to keep my mouth shut because he was always threatening me. And I was dependent on him, on his affection."

But, Pola was afraid to share with anyone until she was 19. Later when the media reported her announcement, her half-sister Nastassja wrote, "My sister is a hero. "In her biography, Kindermund (2013) (English: The Mouth of a Child), she wrote about it in-depth, without any fear.

Klaus Kinski's Illness and Death

The Germany actor Klaus Kinski passes away on 23 November 1991 at the age of 65. He died at his home in Lagunitas, California of a sudden heart attack.

But it was only his son Nikolai who attended the funeral among his three children. Likewise, he had suffered from a preliminary schizophrenia diagnosis for a long time. He even attempted suicide two times in 1955.
