Nearly after two years of his graduation, Schrager joined FOX sports. He started his career as a junior writer on foxsports.com and as a correspondent for Fox News channel covering national stories. 

With the official launch of Fox Sports 1 in August 2013, Schrager started to make a regular appearance on the channel as an NFL reporter. After that, he interviewed several NFL superstars and athletes.
