The tattoo, located on Stormy's arm, consisted of her father's initials in script writing, followed by the name of his band, Mötley Crüe. Additionally, she included the Chinese symbol for "father," which runs down to her wrist. 

The tattoo measured approximately five inches in length. Stormy continues to get more tattoos on her body but more details about them are not known.
