Wendi Nix

Wendi Nix, American anchor, and sports reporter is the current co-host of ESPN's Number One show, NFL Live. She has worked for several TV networks, including WPDE (1999–01), NESN (2001–02), FSN New England (2002–03), and WHDH (2003–06), before working for ESPN.

Nix was born on 17th September 1974, in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. She is of the White ethnicity and holds American citizenship. Nix studied at the Socastee High School, Union County College, University of Massachusetts Amherst, and Wofford College for further education.

First Unsuccessful Marriage

TV anchor, 45, was previously married to former Boston Red Sox general manager, Ben Cherington (born July 14, 1974). It is still unclear when and where the divorced pair tied the knot. They first met, and fell in love during their time at the University of Massachusetts, according to some online tabloids.

From their conjugal union, Nix and Cherington have two lovely daughters, who are now living with Wendi. Unfortunately, their marriage did not work out and ended with a divorce in 2010. She said that she and Ben are no more together but did not state the reason behind the failure of the union.

After the divorce, Boston Red Sox General Manager, 45 married Tyler Tumminia, American baseball executive. They tied the knot among their loved ones on 6 April 2012 at Brooklyn Borough Hall.
